Salary: $164,800 - $206,000 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for building a high performing team • Coaching individuals to achieve their goals • Building relationships internally and cross-functionally • Refining customer success operating model and go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
• 2+ years in a people leadership role • 4+ years of Customer Success Management, Sales Engineering, Account Management or Consulting experience • Passionate about supporting and transforming customers’ experience • Experience managing Enterprise customers • Proven track record of forecasting and delivering on goals
