Operations Manager, Construction

Job Description

• Manage and lead teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and with high quality • Oversee day-to-day operations activities for timely cost-effective and quality delivery of products • Collaborate with departments to build production and delivery schedules • Lead process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency • Ensure teamwork and alignment for a culture of synergy, engagement, and transparency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in an operational or construction management role • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure including MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Oracle Netsuite, and typical project management tools • Background in modular construction and/or heavy machinery, or interest in future of home construction
