Product Compliance Analyst

Job Description

• Reviewing proposed Circle product changes and expansions including, but not limited to international expansion, blockchain expansion, and partner integrations • Standardizing product and blockchain risk assessment methodology and documentation to align with Circle’s enterprise risk assessment methodology • Documenting product and blockchain risk • Researching international regulations as it relates to Circle’s expansions priorities, traditional finance, and digital assets • Contributing to Circle’s business and compliance strategy and decision-making criteria as it relates to Product and Compliance • Attending Compliance and Product meetings, attending conferences, meeting with partners and industry professionals that are working on building compliance-related products • Researching, analyzing, and reporting on various blockchain tech stacks in relation to regulatory developments and industry innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience working in Fintech, risk, compliance, or blockchain related roles • Working knowledge of virtual assets, blockchain/distributed ledger technology, and other emerging web3 technologies • Working knowledge of US/global financial regulatory compliance requirements, especially as they relate to virtual assets/blockchain • Strong communication acumen, including technical writing • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
