VP, Finance - FP&A

Job Description

• Responsible for the company-level financial planning and analysis of ZenBusiness • Develop, scale, and manage the FP&A function • Partner with leaders across the executive team • Establish robust short-term and long-term forecasts, reporting, key performance indicators, and metrics • Make recommendations on strategy and business plan for sustainable growth • Report to the CFO and is a remote role

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior financial management positions • 5+ years of management experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred • Proven experience leading a company through a successful IPO, exit, or fundraising • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models • Proficiency in finance and accounting software • Solid analytical and decision-making skills • Experience managing a company's cash flow • Deep understanding of capital markets
