Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $64,800 - $91,500 a year
Job Description
• Troubleshooting user issues efficiently • Responsible for your own queue in our ticketing system • Chance to support Unity's executive team • Update our knowledge base and internal web where we update our solutions and resources for our global IT process • Making our employees happy with great customer support!
Qualifications
• Problem solving with technical issues and curious with new technologies • Ticketing system savvy • Team player • Excellent communicator • Customer service champion • Experience with meeting rooms support and Zoom rooms • Storage management • Knowledgable with MAC
