• Take ownership of the Engineering department • Scale technology, people, and business • Define and execute strategies to reach engineering goals • Manage multiple teams of engineers • Work closely with co-founders and team leaders
Qualifications
• 10+ years of combined engineering and leadership experience • 5+ years managing engineering teams • 8+ years software engineering experience • A proven track record of scaling Engineering organizations • Excellent communication skills • Located in New York City or willing to work there
