Job Description

• Lead people data self-service at Toast • Empower change agents in the organization • Discover and present data insights • Conduct internal and external research • Embed work in compliance with data ethics • Build and deliver dashboards • Expand data literacy across the People Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • 4+ years experience in an advanced analytical position • Experience stitching together data from multiple sources • Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, etc. • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills • Experience managing leadership-level stakeholder needs • Working knowledge of statistical analysis methods • Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau • Proficient in SQL and either R or python • Experience working with confidential data • Ability to distill complex data patterns • Desire and enthusiasm for operating in the gray
