Job Description

• Join the Structuring and Asset Solutions team • Work with portfolio managers to optimize asset acquisition • Reverse engineer public market transactions • Lead relationships with rating agencies • Develop and manage models for analysis • Manage documentation for on-balance sheet transactions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in structured products • 3 years of experience in project finance and/or infrastructure transactions • Familiarity across structured finance asset classes • Experience with structured finance legal documentation • Bachelor’s degree • Strong quantitative and modeling skills • Ability to work on multiple transactions at once • Energetic and inquisitive mindset • High attention to detail
