Social Media Assistant
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Responsible for scheduling content for all social media and marketing efforts • Responding to customer posts/comments/inquiries/DMs on social media • Assisting with communication, documentation, and organizing content • Analyzing social media performance and identifying areas for improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred • 1-3 years' experience in ecommerce/retail marketing or social media • Experience working for a major brand or DTC startup preferably in fashion or beauty
