Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Craft and execute inbound and outbound marketing programs • Define the buyer journey and drive pipeline • Own mid-market demand and act as a strategic partner to sales • Optimize marketing spend and report to leadership team • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue operations to improve metrics

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role targeting mid-market businesses • At least three years of experience in a startup environment • Strong alignment with company values • Proficiency in English at CEFR Level C1/ ILR Level 5 • Ownership of demand generation metrics and funnel efficiency • Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue operations • Understanding of SaaS sales funnels and inbound marketing
