Marketing Associate

Job Description

• Support the management of the direct mail channel by planning new campaigns, optimizing spend, and reporting on results • Assist WelbeHealth’s Outreach and Enrollment sales team by orchestrating, executing, and scaling in-center events • Direct WelbeHealth’s internal print store -- overseeing orders, platform enhancements, communications, and feature/functionality roadmaps • Track and analyze marketing campaign results, and use results to continually improve performance • Foster existing marketing channels including our referral network, traditional media, and direct mail • Aid with the development and management of marketing brochures and collateral • Design community influencer and membership ambassador engagement strategies • Oversee consent forms, translations, CMS review of collateral and marketing compliance processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, strategy, or project management, with at least one year of experience helping facilitate events • Experience designing in-person events with a mind toward project management, deep organization, and building “playbooks” to replicate successful campaigns • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites and In Design is a preferred • Experience working in Medicaid or Medicare-adjacent businesses is a preferred • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills • Up to 25% travel required across all WelbeHealth center locations, especially in the Los Angeles metro region
