Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Serve as the partner to Public Sector and Platform teams as well as Partner Marketing. Work together to build and execute a Field Marketing plan for these key verticals focusing on pipeline development • Deliver white-glove events and programs targeting data science executives (DSEs) and IT executives (ITE) across top accounts • Support 3rd party Platform and partner events including Gartner, AWS Re:Invent, and more • Execute account-based marketing initiatives at Domino that support account engagement. • Hit and exceed quarterly MQL and pipeline goals

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating closely with sales teams to significantly impact revenue growth • A history of achieving and surpassing business goals • Proven expertise in planning and executing diverse events, coupled with effective budget management • Executive planning and account-based marketing experience preferred • A collaborative mindset geared towards achieving results through team effort • Creativity and innovation in problem-solving, with a knack for thinking outside the box • Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring consistent and precise execution of marketing campaigns • Strong communication skills • Resilience and tenacity, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Flexibility and a positive attitude, adapting to evolving business needs with a forward-thinking approach • Proficiency in key marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Sanity, and 6sense • Experience in executive programming and account-based marketing strategies, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes • Familiarity with public sector marketing and program management is preferred but not mandatory
