Sr Director of Operations for Risk Intelligence

Job Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Director of Operations for Risk Intelligence to lead our team of over 50 real-time analysts. • This role is crucial for ensuring the high quality, throughput, and cost-effectiveness of our risk intelligence operations as well as the career growth and development of our team members. • Develop and implement strategies around team structure, including offshoring, shift management, and cross-functional interactions. • Additionally, this role involves working closely with product and engineering teams to integrate automation and tooling, enhancing both efficiency and quality. • The Sr. Director will manage other managers and foster successful partnerships across teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Security Studies, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on complex organizations and a demonstrated ability to work cross functionally. • Proven track record of managing large teams, including managing other managers and delivering high-quality results. • Extensive experience in developing and implementing cost-effective operational strategies. • Demonstrated skill in working across teams to create successful partnerships and achieve common goals. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Proficiency in using operational and analytical tools. • Deep understanding of risk intelligence, operational resilience, and team management practices.
