Project Manager

Job Description

• Project Manager on the Critical Mass team collaborating closely with the client • Creating applications and experiences that drive one of the world's most trafficked websites • Partnering with creative, development, product, and other partner teams • Streamlining user journey and customer messaging • Preparation key prior to client review

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing various digital projects; site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, websites, microsites, landing pages and maintenance • Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers and/or Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools like Box, JIRA, and Confluence • Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget, resource management, reporting, change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting • Experience managing teams and client conversations regarding scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategies • Practical experience working with engineering teams, understanding their needs and translating those needs to the rest of the team • A solid foundation working with business requirements documentation • Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus
