IT Support Specialist

Job Description

• Assist teachers and administrators in enhancing learning through technology integration. • Facilitate effective use of technology in the classroom and school environment. • Provide direct support to staff for routine and less complex user problems. • PC and peripheral support including initial setup, hardware repair/replacement, and help desk ticket remediation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of technical support experience, education, certifications, or a combination. • Desire to learn and motivation to excel in a customer service-centric environment. • Experience or education in computer networking, PC/Mac environments, server support, phone system administration, Cisco hardware, Exchange, and virtual environments are highly desired.
