Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Planning

Job Description

• Provide budget, forecast, and mid-range planning support for global facilities • Develop multi-year financial plans for future needs and challenges • Analyze real estate and facilities OPEX/CAPEX, provide recommendations • Perform g/l analysis, prepare consolidated reporting and financial models • Liaison between regional business teams and global/regional CP, Accounting, and Finance teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related work experience in facilities and real estate portfolio management • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred • SAP, Workday, Office Connect, and/or Adaptive experience strongly preferred • Project Management experience, PMI or CAPM a plus • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Domo, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization software
