Job Description

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Americas region • Develop comprehensive marketing programs to support sales teams • Collaborate with global marketing teams to drive revenue growth • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals • Budget management and performance tracking

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or relevant experience • 12-15+ years of experience in B2B marketing with 5 years in field and channel marketing leadership • Proven success in strategic marketing plans and revenue growth • Ability to analyze data, build business cases, and present to executive levels • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

• On Target Earnings (OTE) inclusive of base and variable pay • Candidate's expectations, experience, education, and scope of responsibility will be considered when making an offer • Salary Range: $314,900 - $449,800 USD
