Support Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

Job Description

• Manage first-level incoming requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors • Provide exceptional service for terminals, NMI payment applications, and monthly statements/deposit reconciliation • Work across multiple departments to achieve and provide class A service to merchants and/or partners • Communicate operational concerns to clients and identify trends across the department

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Some College Preferred • 4+ Year(s) Customer Service-related Experience • 2+ Year(s) Call Center Service-related Experience
