Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $33 - $40 a year
Job Description
• Manage all aspects of the candidate interview process. This includes scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and the preparation of interview material • Ensure seamless resource and room allocation for onsite interviews, and set up teleconferences and video conferences as needed • Serve as liaison to HR Ops to initiate all new hire onboarding process including welcome emails to new hires and hiring managers • Process offer requests and maintain timely delivery of offer letters via DocuSign • Partner with Sr. Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide support for our summer intern program which includes creation of job postings, interview/event scheduling and requisition management • Maintain contingent worker’s status and data • Manage requisition administration in Greenhouse ATS, including requisition creation, granting/removing user access for interviewers, posting, and closing • Document and evaluate current scheduling processes for effectiveness and consistency • Prioritize a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Be a valuable point of contact for candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns • Process related expenses, invoices, and recruiting fees
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a biotech/biopharmaceutical company • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously • Able to multi-task, be flexible, extremely detail oriented and organized, and takes initiative and has a pro-active approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to diplomatically and effectively communicate and respond to employees, candidates, hiring managers and all internal and external customers • Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience using an ATS (e.g. Greenhouse) and HRIS (e.g. Workday) • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
