Sr. Recruiter (6-Month Contract)

Job Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from the kickoff meeting to the offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience • Build a pipeline of top talent by researching and sourcing candidates • Qualify candidates for the roles, ensuring a technical fit and an alignment or addition to our company culture • Build and manage relationships with your internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, internal partners), ensuring a high level of collaboration • Act as an advisor and partner for the business in promoting good recruitment practices and helping them solve their recruiting challenges

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle tech recruiting in the hi-tech industry or technical searching background from recruitment firms • Extensive experience working on highly technical roles in high demand in the market • Experience promoting diversity and inclusion in recruiting • Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment, strongly emphasizing the candidate's experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful collaboration with distributed and cross-functional teams
