Job Description
• Assist with all Recruiting functions at Rowan, including posting and refreshing all job postings, tracking status of candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. • Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to identify talent needs that will inform the development of recruiting strategies and plans to drive timely role fulfillment • Serve as one of the primary recruiters for Rowan Nurses, supporting the growth and expansion of Rowan Studios as well as the needs of existing Rowan Studios. • For all open roles assigned to fill, screen incoming applications, conduct first round screening via phone and/or zoom assessing relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes; and recommend candidates that meet qualifications for further consideration. • Utilize effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization • Ensure excellent candidate experience by guiding candidates through the interview process, and ensuring they are respectfully notified of their status in the consideration process • Collaborate with Nurse Leadership Team and HR Team on fostering partnerships with universities and professional associations by market. • Build and maintain candidate pipeline by market. • Generate and extend approved job offers to future new hires. • Maintain candidate information in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal documents. • Process new hires and assist in the onboarding process as needed. • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience • 2+ years' experience in managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Prior high-volume nurse recruitment experience is highly preferred • Track record of proven success in building a talent pipeline • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (i.e., Lever) • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures • HR Certification (APHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) credential preferred • Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
