Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

• Lead testing projects and work closely with Product Engineering teams • Oversee testing strategy of feature changes and support efforts to refine testing process • Mentor QA Analysts and perform testing for multiple agile teams • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases • Review requirements and provide feedback on designs • Identify, document, and communicate bugs to Product Engineering teams • Coordinate, train, and provide feedback to QA Analysts • Write automation scripts for various tests • Review test plans created by other QA Analysts • Participate in advancing testing and troubleshooting tools • Collaborate with Product Support on upcoming changes communication • Lead QA Contractors in manual testing • Participate in Incident Commander rotation for incident resolution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience testing web UX/UI • Experience with QA processes in an agile environment • Proficient in test automation through non-GUI methods (Javascript, JAVA, and Git experience is preferred) • Experience with unit, integration and API testing • Experience as a mentor or manager
