Job Description

• Identify, research, write, and update FAQs, explainers, tips, and other stories on various topics • Collaborate with How-To teammates and writers from other CNET groups • Write fact-based, well-sourced stories with an apolitical voice • Help explain current news, trends, and events to readers

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional journalism or commensurate experience • Self-motivated and detail-oriented writer who can create clear, intelligent copy that explains complicated or confusing concepts in a way that our readers can understand. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. • A team player who can collaborate with and take direction and feedback from others.
