Sr Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Design and implement automated test frameworks, test suites and testing roadmap • Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and improvements • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of software applications • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports to business stakeholders • Work closely with engineering, product, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of QA practices and methodologies • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance • Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience in both manual and automated testing • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or C# • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Soap UI, etc. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps • Knowledge of ADA compliance coding standards • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
