HWS: Employee Survey and Operations Designer

Job Description

• Provide a temporary (1-2 month) project supporting the development of a new internal-facing team survey, • Provide additional support with metrics development and report/dashboard development (a custom-developed Google Sheets workbook). • Work with key stakeholders (Remote Organizational Effectiveness, Workplace, People Analytics, DIBs, People Leadership) to identify measurements and understand existing programs. • Consult on metrics, KPIs and data storytelling to answer the question: how can we combine self-report and behavioral data to gain better insight into the health of our remote-first operations? • Recommend a survey and reporting approach, and manage stakeholder input (in partnership with Remote Organizational Effectiveness) • Develop, test, deploy and support a survey in Qualtrics (in partnership with People Analytics). • Build reporting capabilities to align with the Organizational Health Dashboard program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Qualtrics • Experience in metrics and report/dashboard development for internal-facing team surveys. • Proficient in Google Sheets workbook. • Collaboration experience with cross-functional members and stakeholders (People Analytics and Business Partner teams) and identifying measurements and understanding existing programs. • Able to work part-time (1-2months contract)
