Fleet Integration & Operations Intelligence, Program Manager
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $145,000 - $184,000 a year
Job Description
• Develop standard operating and change management processes • Liaison with cross functional teams to ensure the right processes and escalation paths are in place • Lead the change management and communications strategy for complex business-driven vendor operations initiatives • Work with cross functional partners to ensure successful evolution and execution of Waymo programs • Work on high impact priorities and projects • Contribute to program initiatives by developing and realizing overall operations strategy • Lead regular internal business reviews and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience in program management in operations, strategy, planning • 7+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, vendor management, or relevant outsourcing engagements • Experience driving complex projects on tight timelines • Change management experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Strategy, project management, problem-solving, analysis, communication skills, business judgment • Ability to travel 10-25% as business demands
