Project Manager

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to create applications and experiences that drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites • Manage website maintenance updates, legal updates, rate adjustments, and other requests • Plan and execute weekly releases • Ensure branding and human-centered design are consistent across all digital touchpoints • Maintain engaging and on-brand experiences • Work closely with internal teams and key collaborators • Be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing various digital projects; site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, websites, microsites, landing pages and maintenance • Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers and/or Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools like Box, JIRA, and Confluence • Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget, resource management, reporting, change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting • Experience managing teams and client conversations regarding scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategies • Practical experience working with technical teams, understanding their needs and translating those needs to the rest of the team • A solid understanding of graphic production, release operations in a highly technical environment • Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus
