Sales Commissions Analyst
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Partner with key team members to ensure accurate and timely performance-to-payout • Collaborate effectively with Sales and People Operations teams to onboard new hires, manage terminations and transfers in line with DoIt's plan policies and procedures • Maintain accurate system data, hierarchies, applicable plan components and eligibility of payments • Perform monthly audits to manage and maintain compensation data • Help create, maintain and distribute Sales Plans to Sales employees via internal tools • Proactively support sales teams in seeking proper resolution of commission-related matters • Help identify improvements / enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans, policies, and processes • Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of the new Sales Compensation program each fiscal year
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 2-3 years of experience in sales compensation analysis or a similar role • Strong understanding of sales compensation frameworks • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management abilities • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly on a regular basis with team members, leaders and partners • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality • Previous exposure to Commission Management Tools such as Xactly Incent, Callidus or other • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SQL/BigQuery, SaaS based commissions automation tools is a plus • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
