Growth Manager, Velocity Team

Job Description

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives • Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field • 2+ years of relevant experience in PLG, growth marketing, digital marketing, product led sales or related roles • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth strategies and tactics • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation, including proficiency in Google Analytics • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and techniques • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
