Marketing Systems Developer (Automation and Integrations)

Job Description

• Lead the implementation of marketing automation solutions, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed • Lead implementation of key marketing capabilities within Salesforce and various third party vendors to enhance Lead Scoring, Marketing Attribution, Lead Routing, Lead Nurturing, and campaign management and automation • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product and IT teams to configure and optimize marketing automation workflows • Prioritizes identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization • Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes to support marketing analytics and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation systems architecture and implementation • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration and development • Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools • Strong understanding of marketing processes, data management, and analytics • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
