Junior Project Manager

Job Description

• Coordinate project resources, tasks, and schedules for the content marketing, design, and product marketing teams • Monitor project progress and track milestones • Communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations • Support project meetings, including agenda creation and meeting minutes • Provide monthly reporting on projects and overall process • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field • 1-2 years of experience as a project manager in a corporate environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to balance ongoing projects with last-minute, urgent requests
