Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Description

• The Senior Technical Recruiter will have the opportunity to join our growing software division and HR team. • In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to strategically source and introduce qualified talent that will focus on supporting our software engineering business base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience • 7+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting technical roles • Software recruiting experience • Corporate sourcing and recruiting expertise • Experience in a start-up environment is a benefit • Salary negotiation skills to include equity compensation • Extensive knowledge of passive sourcing to include social media/LinkedIn • Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system • The ability to travel to our field offices, hiring events and job fairs as needed
