Technical Recruiter
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $20,000 - $135,000 a year
Job Description
• The Recruiter will have the opportunity to join our growing Recruiting and HR team. In this role, you will partner with the Manufacturing team to strategically source and introduce qualified talent that will focus on supporting our team. • Partner with Senior Recruiting and act as a business partner/strategic advisor • Execute sourcing strategies • Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs • Negotiate and extend offers • Travel to field locations on an as needed basis • Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed, and dispositioned appropriately • Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building • Provide a world-class candidate experience • Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience • 4+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience • Sourcing and recruiting expertise • Experience in a start-up environment is a benefit • Salary negotiation skills to include equity compensation • Extensive knowledge of passive sourcing to include social media/LinkedIn • Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system • The ability to travel to our field offices, to hiring events and to job fairs as needed
