Data Analyst, Operations

Job Description

• As a Data Analyst, Operations, you will partner closely with our User Operations, Product Operations, Legal, Trust & Safety, and Security teams to support them with data-informed decisions and reporting on a variety of business needs. • You will productionalize dashboards, provide quantitative insights and research from our vast array of data, and support reporting and ad hoc data needs from these teams. This is a dynamic role that will need to be prioritized across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis at a consumer internet company (Business Analyst, Fraud Analyst, Operations Analyst, Customer Analyst, Product Analyst, etc.) • Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, etc.) with strong Q&A ability • Proven experience creating and owning dashboards with user-based and event-based data • Ability to research and synthesize data insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Strong sense of ownership and impact for projects you are involved with • Ability to prioritize across multiple teams and projects • Strong communication with a variety of stakeholders • Experience working with one or more of the teams/domains (User Operations, Product Operations, Legal, Trust & Safety, Fraud & Security)
