Senior Staff Software Engineer - Customer Engagement

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Qualifications

• 15+ years industry experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems • Front-end development with full-stack capabilities would be ideal, indicating a strong understanding of user interface development as well as the ability to handle back-end services • Deep understanding of product and the ability to translate requirements technically • Hands-on technical skills and a track record of delivering on projects • Energy and initiative to take on new challenges rather than staying static • Ability to effectively partner with and balance the input of the creative leader David • Local presence in San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle • A growth hacking and user-centric mindset to drive optimization and new users • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related majors, or equivalent experience
