Bilingual Technical Support Specialist, EV Charging (French/ English)

Job Description
• Responsible for providing phone, chat, and email support in both French and English • Assist drivers through troubleshooting calls and aid site hosts in comprehending products and resolving charger issues • Work cross-functionally to enhance overall service delivery and share insights for improvement
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position • Experience in phone, chat & email support modalities • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal skills in both languages • A proven track record of performing tasks with accuracy and efficiency • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts
