Principal Product Manager

Job Description

• Refining and communicating a vision for how Zocdoc’s Intake features drive better appointment outcomes and help deliver value beyond the ZD marketplace• Creating deep empathy and understanding of provider needs, pain points, and goals through research and collaboration with sales and PMM teams• Building a long-term vision and roadmap in alignment with company and stakeholder priorities• Building relationships with our sales and operations teams to support complex operational processes and tools that improve them• Rolling up your sleeves and getting work done, with deep complexity, and at scale

Qualifications

• 7 - 10+ years of work experience in relevant roles, ideally in SaaS and SMB experience for early-stage product development• Strong communication skills are a must• An action-oriented attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality• Extensive experience with and enthusiasm for analytical problem solving, with strong attention to detail• Passion for telling a story with data• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, and Salesforce is a plus
