HRIS Analyst

Job Description

• The HRIS Analyst will be part of the HR Shared Services team, reporting to the Manager of HR Information Systems (HRIS), working in partnership with the rest of the HR Shared Services team including HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation. The individual will support HR system management, HR projects, and the day to day operational tasks while providing quality service to our internal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations/Shared Services. • Experience and knowledge of HRIS and HR-related software and databases. (Experience in UKG Pro preferred, but not required.) • Strong analytical kills and attention to detail. • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments. • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and adapt to different audiences, client oriented. • Ability to act in a professional manner with a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality. • Experience processing employee transactions: hires, promotions, data changes, terminations, etc. (preferred, but not required)
