Growth Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Leverage data to answer business questions, identify opportunities for growth, and create data visualizations to track performance of marketing and sales activities across our sales led and ecommerce go to market motions.  • Communicate findings to stakeholders across growth marketing, marketing operations, product marketing and campaigns.  • Be comfortable working with marketing data, crm data, and digital data for both data visualization and dashboard building as well as creating datasets needed for analysis.  • Work cross- functionally across various marketing teams to understand business problems that channel, program, and product marketing teams want to solve in order to optimize activities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field plus 2 years of experience. • Requires 2 years of experience with the following: SQL; Transforming and combining complex datasets for analysis; Data Visualization using at least one of Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar data visualization tool; Web analytics using at least one of SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe analytics or similar tool; Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tool; and Presentation building and delivery through Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar tool. • Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field plus knowledge in all of the above. • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

Benefits

• 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $88,376 - $98,376/yr. • Telecommuting permitted during office closures/other restricted staff presence as determined by the employer.
