• 10+ years of experience in a similar capacity. • Technical depth and experience. • Great people management skills. Committed to leading and growing outstanding organizations. • Experienced project manager. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team environment, and across teams. • Deep understanding of various build technologies and CI/CD pipelines. Expert in Git. • Experience with Trunk Based Development. • Experience transitioning organizations to Trunk Based Development. • Passion for simple, clean systems. • Passion for velocity. • Strong CS and Engineering skills.
