Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $133,500 - $190,000 a year
Job Description
• The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will be responsible to strategically plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation through a multi-channel marketing mix. • Candidates should possess a keen understanding of B2B marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, pipeline growth, and analytics and reporting. S/he will know how to develop, execute, and optimize creative marketing programs to achieve results. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to drive meaningful action based on learning from program testing, feedback from stakeholders, and analysis from large data sets. This role requires strong people and collaboration skills to build relationships with internal and external business stakeholders. • This position works closely with individuals across corporate marketing (PR/AR, web, brand, etc.), product marketing, marketing operations, content, SDRs, and sales. • Work closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans, strategies and deliverables that create demand and pipeline • Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell efforts to meet expected lead targets through a keen understanding of the most relevant and engaging content needed during the stages of a B2B sales cycle • Plan, promote, and execute field marketing programs to include virtual (Happy Hour and Premier events) and live in-person (Lunch and Learn, Workshops), partner/customer marketing events, creative gifting, emails, that align to campaign and regional initiatives • Drive personalized experiences aligned to sales goals, and in support of lead generation • Develop regional ABX strategy, playbooks, and programs utilizing a multi-channel marketing mix (events, social media, paid ads, partner/sales enablement, email, direct mail, etc) and targeting different account tiers and buyer personas • Thorough understanding of the demand funnel, and how to set and measure progress against goal attainment at each stage of the funnel. Track and report on strategic, operational, and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes and success • Deliver reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities • Manage the interface with external agencies including paid media and demand gen vendors/partners • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies
Qualifications
• Experience managing demand generation, customer acquisition, and content syndication strategies for technology companies. Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies • Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing and a proven track-record of delivering qualified leads and successful results • Skilled in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, including live and virtual events, paid media, and various demand gen campaigns • Energy and enthusiasm with experience supporting and engaging with SDRs and sales organizations • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI. Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from data • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • A self-motivated individual; a good team player; someone who takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Mutiny, Outreach, Splash, Reachdesk, and Google tools preferred • Knowledge of AIOps is a plus
