Security Analyst, CSIRT

Job Description

• Serve as first line of response for security alerts • Lead incident response as required • Refine alerting rules to improve signal/noise ratio • Write runbooks for recurring incidents and automate them • Partner with Trust & Safety and Threat Intelligence teams • Assist with Web3 incident response and threat detection • Mentor peers and share knowledge • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely incident response

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical security experience • Experience in incident response, phishkit/malware analysis, etc • Ability to identify threats and measure coverage across log sources • Skilled in analyzing network and host artifacts • Strong automation skills • Strong communication skills • High degree of empathy • Ability to work calmly under pressure
