Technical Product Manager

Job Description

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Pharmacy Management System • Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and deploying the Pharmacy Management System • Oversee the integration of the Pharmacy Management System with other internal and external platforms • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with precision • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business impact • Allocate resources strategically to maximize productivity and achieve project goals • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or a similar role, particularly with a focus on healthcare or pharmacy systems • Strong technical background with extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and database management • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Comprehensive understanding of API integrations and middleware solutions • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and telehealth services is highly desirable. • Previous experience as a lead developer is a significant plus • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and telehealth services is a plus
