Client Operations Associate - NYC

Job Description

• Assist in investor Operational Due Diligence process • Attend investor ODD meetings/calls • Work with Fund Administrator and Fund Accounting teams • Manage operational client requests • Prepare capital activity and investor balance reporting • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Accounting teams • Assist with industry surveys and ad-hoc analysis for clients

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of financial services experience • Team player with a collaborative approach and a growth mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to take ownership of and multi-task across priorities to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables • Capable of operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Poised and professional presence with the ability to readily contribute thoughts and perspectives • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
