Lead Product Marketing Manager
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $125,000 - $170,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead all aspects of world-class product marketing and business development teams • Define Classy’s market differentiation and position products to nonprofits • Create go to market campaigns and customer communications • Develop materials supporting sales growth goals • Guide product roadmap, manage product and feature scoping • Refine product differentiators and messaging • Build enterprise software sales materials • Implement adoption and expansion strategies for existing customer base • Compile customer, competitive, and industry insights • Establish content vision for Classy.org for improved engagement • Guide approach to building, integrating, and buying ancillary technologies
Qualifications
• 8+ years in product marketing, with recent senior roles in B2B product marketing • Experience with API’s/Integrations • Solid understanding of technology platforms and B2B SaaS business development • Extensive experience negotiating terms and closing contracts for business • Strategic problem solver • Strong multi-functional partner, particularly with Product, Sales, and Post-Sales organizations • Strong written communicator • Ability to perform at both a high level and aggressive velocity • 4+ in Enterprise Software companies or working in fundraising/foundation-related leadership role or deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
