Senior Security Architect - Mid-Atlantic region (Remote)

Job Description

• GuidePoint Security provides trusted cybersecurity expertise, solutions and services that help organizations make better decisions and minimize risk. • GuidePoint enables some of the nation’s top organizations to identify threats, optimize resources, and integrate best-fit solutions that mitigate risk. • Excited to add a Senior Security Architect to the Security Architecture team in the Mid-Atlantic region. • Ideal candidate with an operational background in security consulting and presales experience. • Role includes Presales Security Architecture consulting, collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams, recommending advanced network security solutions, and more.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working in a presales architecture capacity at a VAR or security solutions provider. • 8+ years of secure networking experience, including configuring, analyzing & troubleshooting complex security environments • Palo Alto PCNSE 10+ Strongly Desired. ACE/PCNSE 6/7 Considered • Industry security certification such as CISSP & CEH – Desired • CCNP Preferred. CCNP/CCIE Security and/or R&S a plus
