Technical Recruiter (Contract)

Job Description
• You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to ensure end-to-end recruiting success and recruit positions across multiple verticals. We’re a fast-growing, global company building the world’s best clean energy products to electrify all homes and connect communities to form clean, resilient virtual power plants. • On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely… - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing on all assigned roles - Weekly meetings with hiring teams to ensure consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process - Partnership with the hiring managers that you support, well beyond a service. Offer counsel on roles, hiring decisions, salaries, etc. - Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency - Collect, analyze, and deliver data, feedback and action items to improve the overall hiring process at Lunar - Manage our ATS to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicated the appropriate information for each step - Active participant as a member of the Lunar hiring team; including but not limited to attendance at meetups, company events, hiring events, etc. - Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and projects as needed
Qualifications
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting or staffing agency experience • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent • Experience in recruiting engineers, manufacturing, supply chain setting • High quality recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 10+ technical requisitions • Robust understanding of full-cycle recruiting • Excellent and proven customer service experience and skills • Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends • Familiar use of sourcing tools and techniques • Strong experience using an ATS to build talent pipelines, metrics and sourcing strategies (Greenhouse experience is a plus!)
