Job Description
• Strategize and Lead GTM Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment efforts to build our Go-to-Market teams, crucial for launching and expanding our innovative products. Your strategic insight will guide the hiring processes that align with our market expansion goals. • Broad Recruitment Expertise: While your focus will be on GTM, your role requires a well-rounded recruiting expertise across technical, product, and operational roles, ensuring we build diverse teams that can drive our mission forward. • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to consistently build a diverse pipeline of candidates for key roles, particularly in sales and product development. • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruiting process. • Candidate Experience: Oversee the candidate journey from initial contact through to offer stage, ensuring a positive and engaging experience that reflects Clutch’s values and culture. • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Clutch’s culture and opportunities at industry events, networking meetups, and on social media platforms.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience • Strong consultative skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and executives • Experience leading recruitment projects and initiatives related to employer branding and candidate experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant platforms • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve processes • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple recruitment-related projects simultaneously • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies and decisions • A passion for innovation, staying current with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving recruitment processes
