Global Partner Operations Manager
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $78,200 - $167,200 a year
Job Description
• Handle processing of daily internal Partner request queues and support partners with ad-hoc requests related to systems • Improve processes and overall experience of creators on the service • Manage partner-related internal requests queues and report queue trends and performance
Qualifications
• Managed processes with a high volume of tickets or requests • Customer service or other user-facing experience • Comfortable handling and processing data sets • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
