Job Description

• The ideal candidate is expected to have a deep understanding of US Healthcare payer space in the capacity of a healthcare consultant. • Must understand and have experience in Provider Lifecycle management / Provider Data management space within a payer environment. • Should have experience in customer facing roles for requirement gathering, documentation and facilitate discussions as needed. • Has experience in product implementation for a customer – induction through implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, Product Owner, Healthcare IT Consultant, or similar role. • Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools. • Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
